- We believe that we have employed excellent manufacturing and delivery partners who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service.
However, there may be times when, despite our best efforts, orders are delayed in the manufacturing or delivery process.
For this reason we can only offer our best estimate.
While most of our lingerie is held in stock and will ship in 24hours, some items or variations will need to be custom made which takes 2-5 working days.
Toys on the other hand are held in stock.
As part of our committment to service, we will send an email of your order status as it progresses.
If we perceive any appreciable delay in supplying your desired items, we will endeavour to contact you for advice. - Shipping and Security
- For security, we will only accept orders from within Australia and will only ship to Australian addresses.
All orders will be shipped securely packaged, will be insured, and will require receipted delivery. - Cancellations
- Orders, with the exception of custom-made-requests, may be cancelled at anytime by contacting us.
Any monies which may be reimbursed, will ONLY be to the originating account.
However, if the order has already been shipped, you agree to be liable for the associated shipping costs and you will return the parcel , via a reputable carrier, lodged within 24 hours of original receipt, prepaid and with adequate insurance. For your security, it should be returned "receipted delivery required".
Worn goods, for health reasons, are not subject to Cancellation/Return.
Adult Toys, for health reasons, are not subject to Cancellation/Return once they have left our premises.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel goods immediately. - Returns
- Sometimes, despite best intentions, goods bought online just don\'t meet expectations.
Should this happen, contact us immediately and we will work together to seek a remedy.
